Driving Muslim-friendly Tourism through Regional Innovation System: Evidence from IndonesiaMy research examines the integration of Islamic ethical principles into the innovation systems and policy frameworks of Muslim-friendly Tourism (MFT). Using West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia鈥攖he world鈥檚 first destination to enact dedicated MFT regulations鈥攁s a primary case study, the study employs a mixed-methodological approach involving Policy Delphi and focused ethnography. As the global Muslim travel market is projected to reach $3.36 trillion by 2028, this research provides critical insights into developing innovative, inclusive, and values-driven tourism services.
