Biography
Before joining SII-DUFE, Dr Yun Shen has taken academic positions at Universities of Bath, Nottingham (China), and Reading. Dr Shen is an academic member of CIMA and CGMA and Fellow of HEA. Dr Shen was awarded BA and BAEcon degrees by Wuhan University and both MSc and PhD by University of Manchester. Dr Shen primarily focuses on capital markets and accounting (market-based) research, and has published widely in internally leading academic journals, such as Journal of Corporate Finance, Accounting and Business Research, ABACUS, European Financial Management, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, Advances in Management Accounting.
