Participants in the ADA Summer School will be eligible for discounted conference registration fees. You can check the fees for the summer school on our summer school webpage.
The registration process
For in-person participation
Please complete the following steps to register for the conference:
Step 1: Complete the . Make sure you provide the correct email address. Important information for the next step will be sent to you by email.
Step 2: Check the information in your confirmation email is correct and select the relevant payment link to secure your place. Please note, on campus accommodation and the conference dinner can be booked at this stage and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Step 3: If you require a visa to attend the conference, please email cts_inquiries@surrey.ac.uk with your requirements. You must have registered and paid the conference fee before we are able to send you the relevant visa documentation.
Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one author registration, and a designated author must present the work during the scheduled session. The registration for the conference closes on the 29 May 2026.
University accommodation is available for 拢56pp (including breakfast). There are a limited number of rooms which will be allocated on a first鈥慶ome first鈥憇erved basis, subject to availability. These rooms can be reserved during the registration process. Alternatively, you can find a list of nearby hotels on the practical information page. You will need to book those hotels separately.
PhD students are required to submit proof of their status by email to cts_inquiries@surrey.ac.uk.
For online attendance
Online participants will be able to view presentations, the keynote speeches and panel sessions. They will be able to ask questions using the Q&A facilities provided, however you will not be able to ask questions using the microphone or attend the poster sessions. We will endeavour to answer as many questions as possible, but if we run out of time, some questions may not be answered. This option is not available for presenters.
